A group of citizens has begun to promote the presentation of individual Legislative Initiatives of popular character (ILP) for, on the one hand, changing the name of “marriage” between people of he himself sex by the one of “homomonio”, and on the other hand, obtaining that the obligatory military service and the social benefit sustitutoria compute with the object of retirement. Thus, they gathered in the Central Electoral Meeting, that its seat in the Congress has, the official sheets that allow to begin to successfully obtain the 500,000 companies that must meet in the term of six months to register in the Parliament each one of these two legislative reforms. It is the first time that same the promoters start up two legislative initiatives at the same time.
UNION BETWEEN EQUAL.
In the first place, they try that the word “marriage” cannot talk about to the union between people of he himself sex, to consider that the etimología of the word makes reference to the conjugal bond of different sexes. For that reason they propose the word “homomonio”, that forms with the Greek terms “homo” (equal) and “monio” (union).
The promoter of this initiative and Secretary General of Green, Alexander Notary public, thinks that homomonio must be used to denominate to the homosexual unions, since in this way the discussions would be avoided that in diverse sectors of the society and political parties east term has created.
